Hello, you guys have always been really great. I want you to know however that I still have not received this product. It was allegedly lost in transit by USPS and I reached out to you to ensure you were aware it was being sent back to you. I was notified that you will be sending me another one to ensure I don’t miss out on the product i purchased due to means outside of my control, hence I am sending a 5 star review.
