You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, materials, and inserts included.
  • Protective films must remain intact and unremoved.

Items that show signs of use, missing packaging, or removed protective films may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@dinavio.com to request a return.
  2. Receive RMA: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. (Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.)
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
